After eating the two birds, Malandra decided to find something to do while waiting for her trusted messengers to get back. The black-haired girl was carrying a bucket with her to the stream that ran in Cheetah Haute. Malandra used the bucket to catch the stream's water, so that she can quench the kids from the orphanage's thirst and water her plants at home. The bucket was filled and the leader was about to make her way home.

Corvo, a snoop from Heulen Der Wolfe, was in raven form and was watching Malandra from the tree near the stream. He flew off the tree and transformed into his human form, Corbeau. The black-haired man acted like a gentleman and said to Malandra, "Well well, what's a young lady like you doing in the middle of nowhere alone?" Corbeau was trying to start a conversation so that he could get information out of Malandra and sell it to the Ice Realm.

Malandra heard someone's voice and saw a man wearing a black suit. The Cheetah Haute leader answered his question first, "I'm getting the water from the stream so that I can feed the children at the orphanage." Then she asked the stranger, whom she didn't know, "Excuse me? Who are you? I don't think I've seen you around before." Was he from Adler-Augen or from the Ice Realm?

Corbeau, who already thought of a way to disguise his real identity, lied to Malandra, "My name is Corneille and I'm a messenger of Adler Augen. My leader, Rose, wants to know if you have any ideas for keeping the Ice Realm off of the Fire Union's territory." Once Corbeau knows the plan, he tell it to the Ice Realm, so that they can counter that plan, infiltrate the country and bring it down to ruins.

Malandra now know that she could trust Corneille and said, "Adler-Augen, huh? I guess that's why I don't see you in Cheetah Haute." The leader knew all of her citizens' names, but only some others in other nations. Then the black dragon girl answered the plan question, "Well incase the Ice Realm should ever try to break in to our lands, then the only solution would be to build a giant wall and have flyers patroll the skies and have ground warriors attack invading diggers from behind the wall. Is that a good idea?"

Corbeau nodded as if to say 'yes' and answered, "Oh course, it's a wonderful and brilliant idea. I'll go ahead now and report the idea to Rose. She'll be delighted in hearing this excellent plan." Corbeau transformed into a Raven and cawed, "Good bye, Lady Malandra." The black bird flew into the sky and made way for Heulen Der Wolfe in the Ice Realm.

Malandra was glad that the idea she hadn't thought about until now was accepted by Corneille, Adler-Augen's messenger. The black girl blushed and said, "Gee, I'd never thought that the idea I just guessed would turn out to be great." Then she saw Corneille getting ready to take off and leave. Malandra waved good-bye and said, "Bye, Corneille! Have a safe trip, home!" The girl took the water bucket with her and went back to the campsite to tell her people to get started on building a giant wall to protect Cheetah Haute from attacks.
